Update

Only 25 days (hopefully less) to go! We are so excited to meet our sweet baby boy! Time has flown by and we can't believe he will be here so soon! I am feeling good, but definitely feeling more and more ready everyday to have him here. Who knew you could get this big or feel this uncomfortable :)

Mark is amazing! He is truly going to be the most amazing dad ever! He treats me like a queen everyday and has done so much to get ready for our new addition. It is so fun to see his face light up when we talk about our baby boy!

Our baby boy is still measuring four weeks big, so although I am 36 weeks along he is actually measuring 40! WHEW!! We are going to have a big boy :) He flipped (no longer breech) and they say everything looks good. YAY!

I am starting to feel a little anxious about labor, delivery, and bringing our baby home... so to all of you cute moms... any advice?

I've been thinking of baby Beckam so much lately. And even more about you two-- I am so excited for your little family to grow by two feet! :)
You guys will do great. Just remember to sleep, get the house all spiffy before you go to the hospital (no cleaning when that baby is here to cuddle) and get ready for the most magical time of your life. Babies are the closest glimpse we have at heaven.
Love you both! Good luck!

Mindee I would say, Talk to Kristen. She has such good information that can put your mind at ease. There are so many things I wish I could have done differently with my two deliveries, and dealing with the anxiety and fear is a huge one.

Mindee, my advice is relax, I was stressing and cleaning the day I went into labor with my 2nd, and believe me nothing will get them here any sooner (not even cleaning). The people at the hospital are really good to get you where you need to be when you need to be there. Don't eat before you go though.

Stay in the hospital as long as you can! It is great to have the nurses take care of you and the little guy. (Maybe not as great for Mark though! The husbands beds aren't so comfy according to Shane.) Also, take all the help you can get. Don't do it all yourself. Let me know if you need anything! I'm very excited for you guys! Being a Mom is amazing!

Mindee..the whole hospital experience is a little bit of heaven on earth...truly! I say get an epidural when you feel uncomfortable (not painful) so you can enjoy your labor. Take comfy jammies, favorite shower gel & lotion, and movies to watch. Oh yeah..if your breastfeeding take some Lansinoh (in purple tube) the ultra-purified kind. You can get it at Target. Good luck! I am so excited for you!

never actually been there, and I've heard it's like nothing I studied in my whole human development major... so, just enjoy it all! Also, eat as much chocolate as you want... it's good for the nerves :) (I don't have to be pregnant to know that! Diet coke and peanut M&Ms are a teacher's best friend!

Mind, you will do great! I was really nervous too but once it begins it all goes by so quickly and you'll look back and think "what was I so worried about?" and you will do it 5 x over for the bundle you get after it is all said and done. Try to enjoy every moment. It really is special and I wish I could relive it, well most of it.

I'm sorry I'm all out of advise in this department, but I do know that you are going to be a great mom. Labor make me have anxiety & I'm not even pregnant. You are going to do so well. I hope you have a great doctor & he take great care of you!

I love the 3-D ultra sounds pictures. Isn't it amazing to actually be able to see their little face and profile! I love the name Beckham, and you're nursery is adorable. I'm so excited for you! Good luck with the last few weeks, they can get a little rough since you just can't wait to see your little guy. Hang in there!!

The worst part for me is always getting the IV! Once I make it through that and the epidural it's pretty smooth sailing. Labor really isn't as bad as you think it will be, plus it's all worth it when you see your little one!
