As of Late...

Oh... How I love life! I feel blessed beyond belief! I love this time of year - it is a time of thanksgiving and anticipation of the Christmas season. I am so grateful for my sweetheart! I am amazed each day by his patience, perseverance, and unconditional love for me and Beck. I love that man more than words can say! I am grateful for all of the dating, heart ache, frustration, and years of single life that led me to him. He truly is my knight in shining armor, my sweetheart, and my very best friend. I love the nights we stay up late to watch a Christmas movie, play Super Mario Brothers, or just sit by each other while we work on homework or projects. It is crazy how just being with him brings me so much joy! I am grateful for the Priesthood that he holds and for the wonderful Spirit we have in our home because of it. I can't think of any place I'd rather be than right here with him and Beck. I rush home each day to spend time with my two boys... and I long for the weekend when we get to be together. I am definitely the LUCKIEST and feel so thankful for my sweetie.

I never knew that motherhood would bring me so much joy and happiness. I always dreamed of the day when I would get to bring a child into this world, but nothing can prepare you for that tremendous moment. I love my little Beckam SO MUCH! I am so thankful for his spunk, excitement for life, never ending amount of energy, his snuggles and kisses, and for the way he makes me feel. I am honored that the Lord would entrust me with this sweet angel boy... the past 22 months have been amazing! I am so thankful for this gift called motherhood. Beckam has definitely been reaching lots of milestones lately:

he is still teething - poor kid. says words like ma. ball. jump. hello. daddy. wassat (what's that). points with his finger in excitement (see picture above :). runs everywhere. loves being outside. snuggles on the couch. loves the movie UP, Cars, Toy Story 3, and Incredibles. climbs onto everything - counter, table, washer, dryer, mom and dad's bed. loves the park. loves to play with friends. loves going to nursery. love his DADDY. loves coming to school with mom. loves visiting his grandmas and grandpas. USU Aggie fan. is very tall for his age. wants to help mom do whatever she is doing. loves to roll around in the laundry or blankets. dumps out everything he can possibly find. doesn't want to be separated from mom and dad. stubborn. happy. mischievous. helpful. sweet. undecorates the Christmas tree. loves goldfish. mashed potatoes. chocolate milk. apple juice. fruit snacks. any kind of fruit. pb & j. candy. chocolate. pancakes. mac and cheese. pizza.

It warms my heart to see Beck play with other kids... he loves his friend Koy and they have so much fun together. Just the other day Koy was at our house and they were wrestling with each other, running in and out of the tent chasing each other, and being so cute together. I just love every stage Beck goes through, they all have their ups and downs, but it is so much fun! I can't believe he will be 2 soon!

We are so excited for this Christmas season and can't wait to enjoy every moment with Beckam. It truly is so fun and exhilarating to have the "magic" of Christmas back in our lives again. We are so excited to share in this meaningful time of year with our little rascal.
