Oh How I Love...

the way he sticks his little belly out as he walks. that he won't look at me when he is in trouble. when he picked up a q-tip yesterday and knew he should clean out his ears. the pure excitement he shows when Daddy comes home. playing outside in his kiddie pool together. when he briskly walks away from me when he doesn't get his way. his sweet smile and cheesy grin. his continuous babble... i wish i knew what he was saying. that he calls everything "Daddy." spending this whole summer together. taking him to the park. tickling him and laughing endlessly. his open mouth kisses. when he brings a book over and holds it up for me to read to him. when i find him reading behind the recliner. bath time. that he already knows how to ignore me (i don't really love this one :). I love this little guy and cherish every moment we get together. Thanks for being my little buddy! You are the best Lil Bub!

Our Little Munchkin!

Oh my goodness! He LOVES ravioli and ravioli LOVES him! I just love this little guy to pieces. He is so much fun and there is never a dull moment with him around. He brings so much excitement, love, happiness, frustration, joy, and learning to our lives. We love you little buddy! You are the GREATEST!

Grandma Time

We love it when this lady comes to visit! My cute mom came to visit and we had so much fun! She played with Beck, we chatted, and she even took us to lunch! Thanks for being such a sweet grandma! We sure do LOVE you!

Happy Father's Day (a few weeks delayed)

Happy Father's Day to the greatest guy in the whole world! We had a wonderful day spent with family. I love celebrating anything that has to do with my sweetheart or baby boy! I am so grateful to have these two in my life! They truly are my greatest blessings and I love them so much! We surprised Mark with a tie and a snapfish book about him and his sweet little boy. Thanks for letting us celebrate YOU! We LOVE YOU!

10 Years!

WOW! We went to my ten year high school class reunion tonight! I can't believe I am really that old to say that it has been ten years since I graduated from high school. It was a good time and fun to see so many friends. Mark was definitely the best sport around to endure not only a class reunion, but Morgan High School's class reunion! We were rival schools and he never could have imagined he would be attending a class reunion for Morgan High, but he was so sweet about it!

As I have reflected over the past ten years I am so GRATEFUL for the road I have traveled down and where my life has, and continues to take me. I am so blessed! I am thankful for all that I have learned.... for my fun and crazy two years at Snow College, for becoming an Aggie and moving to Logan, for the many roommates and friends I have made along the way, for the ups and downs of dating life, for my education, but most importantly for where I am now. I am so in love with the man of my dreams and can't even begin to describe the love that I have for our sweet little boy. I can truly say that I am finding joy in this journey and feel so grateful for all that I have!

Paradise on the Patio

We are so excited to spend time out on the patio! Now only if this weather would allow it... ugh! We are getting very anxious for some sunshine and summertime!

Words cannot express how much I love these two! They truly are the greatest joys in my life. I feel so honored to hold the titles of Mark's wife and Beck's Mom! I never knew how much love your heart could hold until I found Mark and then how much more love I have now that we have Beck. What an amazing experience this thing called marriage and motherhood is, I truly feel like the luckiest girl in the world! Thanks Mark for making me the happiest gal around, for treating me like an angel each day, for working hard for our family, and for loving us unconditionally. We can't wait to celebrate YOU on June 20th! We love YOU!

He is officially on the move and we LOVE it! We can't get enough of this warm weather and beautiful sunshine! School's out and I am so excited to spend everyday with my boys! I love you :)

CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES!

(Ugh! I can't get the pictures to fit right.. oh well!) I love the month of May! It means birthday celebrations for Mark and me, Mother's Day, and school is almost out! YAY! We have started a tradition where we celebrate our birthday with a "birthday weekend." This means that we get to celebrate for three days instead of one, and we LOVE it!

For Mark's birthday weekend, he got breakfast in bed (another birthday tradition), and I surprised him with an afternoon out. We went to Red Robin for lunch and saw the movie, "Alice in Wonderland." I love spending time with my sweetheart! He truly is a miracle to me. We also celebrated with our families over the next few days and had a great time. We sure love our parents and appreciate all they do for us!

One more birthday tradition - you don't have to do any work on your birthday and you get to sleep in! I am so excited to create more traditions as our kids get older and let them enjoy their "birthday weekend!"
