Happy Anniversary!
We celebrated our 3rd year anniversary on Saturday and what a sweet day! Mark surprised me with breakfast in bed that morning and these beautiful long stem red roses. I am so thankful for such an amazing man in my life! I feel so blessed to have shared three wonderful years together and I am looking forward to many more! Thanks for making our day so memorable sweetie, I LOVE YOU!

Thanks to my sweet little sister for watching Beckam, we were able to go on a date. It was such a fun afternoon. We went on a drive up Green Canyon and then miniature golfing. It is the greatest feeling ever to be married to your best friend and have so much fun together. Thanks for such a wonderful day babe!

We tried out the new restaurant in Logan - Elements - and it was so good! We were very impressed and they even surprised us with this cute dessert plate.
County Fair
I love the county fair! We were able to watch my cute little sister and niece show their pigs at the Morgan County Fair. What a fun weekend! Beckam didn't quite know what to think of the pigs... but he was such a good sport and just enjoyed every bit of it! We also went to the rodeo that night and to the Cache County Fair Rodeo... I love this time of year!

Five Months Old!
I am five months old and having so much fun! I can:
* giggle at mom and dad for hours
* put anything and everything in my mouth
* sit up in my high chair and eat rice cereal
* sit up by myself for a little while (but only on mom and dad's bed in case I fall over)
* sleep for 10-11 hours at night
* make silly faces
* give lots of open mouth kisses
* enjoy getting raspberries/zerberts from mom and dad
* splash and play in the water during bathtime
In the next few weeks I will:
- try green beans, sweet potatoes, bananas, and carrots
- say goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa Taylor for two months
- visit Grandma and Grandpa Brown, see the pigs, and go to the county fair
- play in my new jumperoo!
- go on walks with mom and dad
- play with cousin Ike in Star Valley
- go swimming for my second time
We sure love this little guy... He is our sunshine! We feel so lucky to have a healthy, happy baby boy and be able to spend this time together as a family!

More Summer Fun!
Hanging out with Uncle Kyle
Sleeping in Daddy's arms
I love this picture
Grandma Brown is great!
The Logan firework show is amazing... although it was a long week without Mark we really enjoyed all of his hard work! Thanks Sweetie!
First Swim! We spent a week in Star Valley with family and it was so fun! This was Beckam's first swim and he LOVED it! He felt like he was in a giant bath tub!
First time eating rice cereal... he wasn't quite sure what to think of it.
We have the cutest boy in the world!
He really hates the camera flash... poor kid doesn't know what to do...
Mark shot the Logan and Jackson Hole firework shows and Beckam thought it was the greatest thing ever! So much fun to see all of Mark's hard work pay off.... way to go babe!
Our poor little guy is fair skinned just like his dad, so I bought him this cute sun hat to protect his melon. I love that face!
Playing cards with his Great Grandma McCormick. He is so lucky to have two great grandmas and a great grandpa... we love them!
We were able to take Mark's parents up to Star Valley and enjoy a weekend together. We also made it up to Jackson to enjoy some good ole Bar J Wranglers.
Our sweet family

When Life Hands You Lemons...
Well... I was really hoping, praying, and wishing that I could be home with Beckam next year, but that is not going to happen! I found out today that my option of working from home is no longer an option :( I feel so deflated, frustrated, and unsure, but yet; I also feel blessed beyond measure, grateful, and hopeful for our future. Although it is going to rip my heart out to leave our sweet little angel with a babysitter, I know that I am so blessed to have a job right now in this awful economy. Not just a job, but one that I love and really enjoy!
Through all of this unemployment and uncertainty Mark and I have been blessed with peace of mind and the knowledge that things will work out. We are so blessed to have a healthy, beautiful baby boy, to have at least one income, to both have our education, to live in this beautiful valley, and most importantly to have each other and a wonderful family.
So to all of you who live in Logan... I am looking for someone who would take good care of my little boy while I am teaching next year. If you know of anyone... please let me know.

His Many Faces...
Just a few of my favorite pics of our sweet little boy. It has been way too long since I have blogged and I am going to get better at it! Mark and I have a whole summer to enjoy our sweet baby boy. YAY for summer nights, walks to Macey's, Bear Lake, relaxing in Star Valley, sunshine, fireworks, and so much more!
